MyBIOTIK®BALANCE RDS is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet). It is used for diet management in irritable bowel syndrome. MyBIOTIK®BALANCE RDS contains the study-proven bacterial strain Lactobacillus plantarum 299v (LP299V®) as well as vitamin D, B vitamins and calcium. The often inadequate supply of vitamin D, folic acid and calcium in irritable bowel patients is compensated for by the micronutrients it contains. The selected bacterial strain LP299V® can have a positive effect on the intestinal microbiota in the dosage it contains. This combination is tailored to the specific nutritional needs of people with irritable bowel syndrome.
