Unless your doctor has prescribed otherwise, please take Mucosolvan cough syrup 30mg / 5ml expectorant for coughs (pack size: 250 ml) as follows:

Children up to 2 years of age: 1.25 ml juice twice a day (equivalent to 7.5 mg ambroxol hydrochloride twice a day)
Children from 2-5 years: 1.25 ml juice 3 times a day (equivalent to 7.5 mg ambroxol hydrochloride 3 times a day)
Children from 6-12 years: 2.5 ml juice 2-3 times a day (equivalent to 15 mg ambroxol hydrochloride 2-3 times a day)
Adults and children from 12 years:
During the first 2-3 days: 5 ml of juice 3 times a day (equivalent to 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride 3 times a day)
Afterwards: 2x daily 5 ml juice (corresponding to 2x daily 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride)
In adults, the effectiveness may be increased by taking 10 ml of juice twice a day (corresponding to 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride twice a day).
Take Mucosolvan cough syrup 30mg / 5ml expectorant for coughs (pack size: 250 ml) preferably after meals. In order to support the expectorant therapy, you should ensure that you drink enough fluids.

Kinder bis 2 Jahre: 2x täglich 1,25 ml Saft (entsprechend 2x täglich 7,5 mg Ambroxolhydrochlorid)
Kinder von 2-5 Jahren: 3x täglich 1,25 ml Saft (entsprechend 3x täglich 7,5 mg Ambroxolhydrochlorid)
Kinder von 6-12 Jahren: 2-3x täglich 2,5 ml Saft (entsprechend 2-3x täglich 15 mg Ambroxolhydrochlorid)
Erwachsene und Kinder ab 12 Jahren:
