Metafen Forte gel, (100 mg / g), gel, 100 g

Metafen gel Forte is a drug in the form of a gel with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, for topical application. The active substance in the gel is ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
The active substance is ibuprofen, in the form of ibuprofen lysine salt (Ibuprofenum lysinum).
1 g of gel contains 100 mg of ibuprofen lysine.
Excipients: macrogol 200, trolamine, carbomer 980, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, bitter orange oil, purified water.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The drug is applied topically to the skin.
Use in adults and children over 12 years of age:
Squeeze a portion of the gel, a strip of approx. 3 cm long, on the affected area and then massage until the Metafen Forte Gel is completely absorbed.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded, i.e. not used more often than every 4 hours to 3 times a day, but not longer than for 2 weeks. If symptoms persist within this period, contact your doctor.

Metafen żel Forte to lek w postaci żelu o działaniu przeciwbólowym i przeciwzapalnym, do stosowania miejscowego. Substancją czynną w żelu jest ibuprofen, należący do niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych.
Substancją czynną jest ibuprofen, w postaci soli lizynowej ibuprofenu (Ibuprofenum lysinum).
1 g żelu zawiera 100 mg soli lizynowej ibuprofenu.
Substancje pomocnicze: makrogol 200, trolamina, karbomer 980, metylu parahydroksybenzoesan, propylu parahydroksybenzoesan, olejek z pomarańczy gorzkiej, woda oczyszczona.
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Lek podaje się miejscowo na skórę.
Stosowanie u dorosłych i dzieci w wieku powyżej 12 lat:
Porcję żelu, pasek o długości ok. 3 cm, wycisnąć na miejsce objęte dolegliwościami i następnie masować aż Metafen żel Forte całkowicie wchłonie się.
Nie należy przekraczać zalecanej dawki, czyli nie stosować częściej niż co 4 godziny do 3 razy na dobę, ale nie dłużej niż przez 2 tygodnie. Jeśli w ciągu tego okresu czasu dolegliwości nie ustąpią, należy skontaktować się z lekarzem.
