Mode of action
Cold sores is a viral infection caused by the type 1 herpes simplex virus. Around 90% of all people carry the virus and around 30% of those affected suffer recurring infections. In about 1% of the virus carriers, the symptoms even occur monthly.

Wirkungsweise
