We tried many combinations until we realized that we needed an extremely contrasting separate roasting process for the perfectly balanced taste of Scuro with milk.
The coffee blend consists of washed Colombian arabica, which gives it a fine fruity acidity, and lightly roasted Ugandan robusta, which brings out notes of malty grain and sweet popcorn.
