Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is:
In acute conditions, take the following single doses every half to a full hour, at most 12 times a day, in chronic forms 1 – 3 times a day:
Adults 12-15 drops;
Children between 6 and 12 years old 5-10 drops;
Small children up to 6 years of age 4 – 7 drops;
Infants up to the age of 1 year after obtaining medical advice 2 – 4 drops.
Infections in the nose and throat can easily spread to the middle ear, especially in children. This medicinal product should therefore be taken early at the first signs of an upper airway infection. Therapy should be continued until all symptoms have subsided.

Duration of application:
The medicine should not be taken for more than 8 weeks.

Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, ist die ubliche Dosis:
Bei akuten Zustanden alle halbe bis ganze Stunde, hochstens 12 x taglich, bei chronischen Verlaufsformen 1 – 3 x taglich die folgenden Einzeldosen einnehmen:
Erwachsene 12 – 15 Tropfen;
Kinder zwischen 6 und 12 Jahren 5 – 10 Tropfen;
Kleinkinder bis zum 6. Lebensjahr 4 – 7 Tropfen;
Sauglinge bis zum 1. Lebensjahr nach Einholung von medizinischem Rat 2 – 4 Tropfen.
Infekte im Nasen- und Rachenraum konnen insbesondere bei Kindern leicht auf das Mittelohr ubergreifen. Dieses Arzneimittel sollte daher fruhzeitig bei ersten Anzeichen eines Infektes der oberen Luftwege eingenommen werden. Die Therapie sollte fortgesetzt werden bis alle Symptome abgeklungen sind.

Dauer der Anwendung:
Das Arzneimittel sollte nicht langer als 8 Wochen eingenommen werden.
