Sulfogvaacol acts as an expectorant, promotes the movement of liquefied secretions in the respiratory tract and its expectoration. Thiocodine tablets are intended for oral use only.

Do not take thiocodine
if you are allergic to codeine phosphate semihydrate, sulfoquaiacol or any other ingredient of this medicine
if you have bronchial asthma
if you suffer from respiratory insufficiency (shortness of breath, for example, shortness of breath, slow and/or irregular breathing, emphysema),
if you’re in a coma
if you have cystic fibrosis (a genetic disease in which the mucus is too sticky)
