D-aspartic acid occurs naturally in the human body, where its effects are related to the production of luteinizing hormone and subsequently testosterone. The body makes aspartic acid on its own, but with increasing age (usually from the age of 30), the ability to make luteinizing hormone and therefore testosterone decreases. D-aspartic acid supplementation (alone or in combination with other supplements, especially based on protodioscin) is then a very effective way to help the body produce testosterone. Sufficient levels of this hormone then affect the body’s ability to build muscle, overall fitness and performance.

L’acide D-aspartique est naturellement présent dans le corps humain, où ses effets sont liés à la production d’hormone lutéinisante et par la suite de testostérone. Le corps produit seul de l’acide aspartique, mais avec l’âge (généralement à partir de 30 ans), la capacité de fabriquer de l’hormone lutéinisante et donc de la testostérone diminue. Tělo kyselinu asparagovou vytváří samo, se stoupajícím věkem (obvykle od 30 let) však klesá schopnost vytváření luteinizačního hormonu a tedy i testosteronu.
