Recommended dosage
1 capsule twice a day before meals
The capsule is swallowed whole with water or divided and the contents are poured into food or water
It can be used as long as needed

1 capsule contains 330 mg of Erec TOP mixture: ground root and Hedysarum neglectum extract 140 mg, ground stem of Tribulus terrestris 80 mg, Rhodiola rosea extract 40 mg, lyophilised whole shii-take powder (Lentinula edodes) 40 mg, powder of lyophilized whole reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), dried powder of the whole spectrum of Chinese caterpillar mushroom (Cordyceps sinensis), natural vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 6 mg
