The Symphar medical device is a sterile, physiological sodium chloride solution.
0.9 g of sodium chloride, purified water sufficient for 100 ml.
The product does not contain preservatives.

The product is intended for adults, children and infants.
Indications
Physiological sodium chloride solution is recommended for the care and hygiene of a dry or blocked nose, for eye and ear hygiene, for washing wounds or for inhalation.
The method of using the medical device
Nasal hygiene: (instillation or rinsing) tilt the head back, insert the tip of the ampoule into the nostril and squeeze it slightly. Repeat with the other nostril. Tilt your head forward and wipe up any excess mucus. When instilling the product to infants, use minimal pressure.
Eye hygiene: (instillation, washing, rinsing) squeeze a colic of drops of the solution into each eye, wipe off the excess with a sterile cotton pad. The solution can also be used by people wearing contact lenses.
Ear hygiene: (rinsing) use after using a surfactant to remove the dissolved earwax deposit. One ampoule can be used for both ears. Wipe off excess liquid with a cotton pad.
Wound washing: Rinse the wound with the entire contents of the ampoule. Wipe off any excess solution from the healthy part of the skin with a cotton pad.
Inhalation for aerosol therapy: Perform the steps according to the instruction manual of the inhalation or aerosol therapy device.
Use of the product
Hygiene of the eyes and nose: depending on the needs, 1-6 cleansing treatments a day.
Contraindications and precautions
In case of first use (inhalation) or respiratory tract hypersensitivity, contact your doctor.
For 10 minutes after rinsing your nose, you should avoid blowing your nose sharply.
Avoid contact of the ampoule with the surface of the eye or wound.
Single-use product, any unused ampoule content should be discarded.
Do not use for injection.
Notes and precautions
Do not use after the expiry date or when the ampoule is damaged.
Keep out of the reach of children, at room temperature.
Using the product with other drugs
If it is necessary to use other eye products, they should be applied at least 15 minutes after application of Symphar.

Wskazania
Fizjologiczny roztwór chlorku sodu zalecany jest w pielęgnacji i higienie suchego lub niedrożnego nosa, w higienie oczu, uszu, do przemywania ran lub do inhalacji.
Sposób użycia wyrobu medycznego
Higiena nosa: (zakraplanie lub płukanie) odchylić głowę do tyłu, wprowadzić końcówkę ampułki do nozdrza i lekko ścisnąć. Czynności powtórzyć z drugim nozdrzem. Przechylić głowę do przodu i wytrzeć nadmiar spływającej wydzieliny. Zakrapiając produkt niemowlętom należy używać minimalnego nacisku.
Higiena oczu: (zakraplanie, przemywanie, płukanie) wcisnąć kolka kropli roztworu do każdego oka, nadmiar wytrzeć sterylnym wacikiem. Roztwór może być stosowany także przez osoby noszące soczewki kontaktowe.
Higiena uszu: (płukanie) stosować po użyciu środka powierzchniowo czynnego, aby usunąć rozpuszczony osad woskowiny. Jedna ampułka może zostać użyta do obu uszu. Nadmiar płynu wytrzeć wacikiem.
Przemywanie ran: Przepłukać ranę całą zawartością ampułki. Nadmiar roztworu ze zdrowej części skóry wytrzeć wacikiem.
Inhalacja w terapii aerozolowej: czynności wykonywać zgodnie z instrukcją obsługi urządzenia do inhalacji lub do terapii aerozolowej.
Stosowanie produktu
Higiena oczu i nosa: w zależności od potrzeb, 1 – 6 zabiegów oczyszczania dziennie.
Przeciwwskazania i środki ostrożności
W przypadku pierwszego użycia (inhalacja) lub nadwrażliwości dróg oddechowych należy skontaktować się z lekarzem.
W ciągu 10 minut po płukaniu nosa należy unikać gwałtownego wydmuchiwania nosa.
Unikać kontaktu ampułki z powierzchnią oka lub rany.
Produkt jednorazowego użytku, niewykorzystaną zawartość ampułki należy wyrzucić.
Nie używać do iniekcji.
Uwagi i środki ostrożności
Nie stosować po upływie terminu ważności lub gdy ampułka uległa uszkodzeniu.
Przechowywać w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci, w temperaturze pokojowej.
Stosowanie wyrobu z innymi lekami
Jeśli konieczne jest zastosowanie innych produktów do oczu, należy je podać minimum 15 minut po aplikacji wyrobu Symphar.
