Sylicinar is a medicinal product used in conditions after liver damage and as an adjunct in liver dysfunction.
Active substances: dry extract of artichoke herb (Cynarae herbae extractum), dry extract of milk thistle husk (Silybi mariani fructus extractum).
1 tablet contains 140 mg of artichoke herb dry extract (Cynarae herbae extractum, DER 3-7: 1, extractant: water), 28.6 mg of dry milk thistle husk extract (Silybi mariani fructus extractum, DER 20-34: 1, extractant : methanol 90%).
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, povidone, talc, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, macrogol 6000, brilliant black E151, quinoline yellow E104, cochineal red E124.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals.
Action
Sylicinar stimulates the secretion and flow of bile and increases the excretion of water. Increased bile flow aids digestion of fats and has a protective effect on the intestinal mucosa.

1 tabletka zawiera 140 mg wyciągu suchego z ziela karczocha (Cynarae herbae extractum, DER 3-7:1, ekstrahent: woda), 28,6 mg wyciągu suchego z łuski ostropestu (Silybi mariani fructus extractum, DER 20-34:1, ekstrahent: metanol 90%).
Substancje pomocnicze: celuloza mikrokrystaliczna, sodowy glikolan skrobia, powidon, talk, hypromeloza, magnezu stearynian, makrogol 6000, czerń brylantowa E151, żółcień chinolinowa E104, czerwień koszenilowa E124.
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak opisano to w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Dorośli i dzieci powyżej 12 lat: 3 razy dziennie po 2tabletki po jedzeniu.
Działanie
Sylicynar stymuluje wydzielanie i przepływ żółci oraz wzrost wydalania wody. Wzmożony przepływ żółci wspomaga trawienie tłuszczów i działa ochronnie w stosunku do błony śluzowej jelita.
