Mucosolvan film-coated tablets 60mg for mucous coughs (pack size: 50 pcs) help to make the secretion thinner. This improves the removal of the mucus via the cilia and the stuck, mucous cough can be released.

dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, the following dosages are recommended:
Adults and children from 12 years:
– During the first 2-3 days, 1/2 tablet 3 times a day (equivalent to 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride 3 times per day).
– Then 1/2 tablet twice a day (corresponding to 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride twice a day).

– The effectiveness can be increased in adults, especially with pronounced increased secretion production in the lower respiratory tract or viscous respiratory secretions, by taking 1 tablet twice a day (corresponding to e.g. 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride twice a day).

Mucosolvan Filmtabletten 60mg bei verschleimten Husten (Packungsgröße: 50 stk) helfen dabei, dass das Sekret dünnflüssiger wird. Dadurch erfolgt ein besserer Abtransport des Schleims über die Flimmerhärchen und das festsitzende, verschleimte Husten kann sich lösen.

Für schnelle Hilfe bei Reizhusten wählen Sie Silomat. Der enthaltene Wirkstoff stillt den quälenden, trockenen Reizhusten.

Dosierung
Soweit nicht anders verordnet, werden folgende Dosierungen empfohlen:
Erwachsene und Kinder ab 12 Jahren:
– Während der ersten 2-3 Tage 3mal täglich 1/2 Tablette (entsprechend 3mal 30 mg Ambroxolhydrochlorid pro Tag).
– Danach 2mal täglich 1/2 Tablette (entsprechend 2mal 30 mg Ambroxolhydrochlorid pro Tag).

– Eine Steigerung der Wirksamkeit ist bei Erwachsenen, insbesondere bei ausgeprägter vermehrter Sekretproduktion in den unteren Atemwegen bzw. zähflüssiges Atemwegssekret, durch Einnahme von 2mal täglich 1 Tablette möglich (entsprechend z.B. 2mal 60 mg Ambroxolhydrochlorid pro Tag).
