Momentact 6 coated tablets 400mg

CONTRAINDICATIONS
• Hypersensitivity to the active drug, to other basic anti-inflammatory drugs (acetylsalicylic acid, etc.) or to any of the ingredients listed in paragraph 6.1. • Do not give to children under 12 years of age. • Ibuprofen is contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy and during lactation (see section 4.6). • Gastroduodenal ulcer active, or severe, or other gastropatie. • History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation associated with previous active treatments or a history of bleeding / recurrent peptic ulcer disease (two or more separate episodes to prove ulceration or bleeding). • Hepatic impairment or severe renal impairment. • Heart failure of severe degree (IV class NYHA). • Severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhea, or insufficient fluid intake).

CONTROINDICAZIONI
• Ipersensibilità al farmaco attivo, ad altri farmaci antinfiammatori di base (acido acetilsalicilico, ecc.) O ad uno qualsiasi degli ingredienti elencati al paragrafo 6.1. • Non somministrare a bambini di età inferiore a 12 anni. • L’ibuprofene è controindicato durante il terzo trimestre di gravidanza e durante l’allattamento (vedere paragrafo 4.6). • Ulcera gastroduodenale attiva, o grave, o altra gastropatia. • Anamnesi di sanguinamento o perforazione gastrointestinale associata a precedenti trattamenti attivi o anamnesi di sanguinamento / ulcera peptica ricorrente (due o più episodi separati per dimostrare ulcerazione o sanguinamento). • Insufficienza epatica o grave insufficienza renale. • Insufficienza cardiaca di grado grave (IV classe NYHA). • Grave disidratazione (causata da vomito, diarrea o insufficiente assunzione di liquidi).
