The Brazilian bourbon coffee has a wonderful sweetness and a distinctive grain note. For this Vertuo coffee capsule, we use Brazilian bourbon beans, which are processed using what is known as the “Pulped Natural” process. This semi-dry processing method brings out the sweetness of the beans even more. Together with the Arabicas from Central America, the result is a harmonious composition that gives the Melozio a delightful aroma.
ROASTING
The Arabica coffees in this Vertuo coffee capsule are roasted separately. This allows the Brazilian bourbon to fully develop its grain note and turns it into a sweet and smooth coffee. The light roast of the other arabica rounds off the Melozio.
FLAVOR PROFILE
The Melozio’s coffee cream gives off its delightful aroma – the classic grain note and its honey-sweet loveliness. The Melozio makes a soft and tasty black coffee, Americano or large black coffee. However you drink it – you just have to like the Melozio.

Der brasilianische Bourbon-Kaffee hat eine wunderbare Su?e und eine markante Getreidenote. Fur diese Vertuo Kaffeekapsel verwenden wir brasilianische Bourbon-Bohnen, die im sogenannten „Pulped Natural“-Verfahren aufbereitet werden. Dieses halbtrockene Aufbereitungsverfahren bringt die Su?e der Bohnen noch starker zum Vorschein. Zusammen mit den Arabicas aus Mittelamerika ergibt sich eine harmonische Komposition, die dem Melozio ein genussvolles Aroma verleiht.
ROSTUNG
Die Arabica-Kaffees in dieser Vertuo Kaffeekapsel werden getrennt gerostet. Dadurch kann der brasilianische Bourbon seine Getreidenote voll entfalten und wird zu einem su?en und sanften Kaffee. Die helle Rostung der anderen Arabicas rundet den Melozio ab.
AROMAPROFIL
Durch die Kaffeecrema des Melozio tritt sein genussvolles Aroma hervor – die klassische Getreidenote und seine honigsu?e Lieblichkeit. Der Melozio ergibt einen weichen und geschmackvollen schwarzen Kaffee, Americano oder gro?en schwarzen Kaffee. Wie auch immer Sie ihn trinken – man muss den Melozio einfach mogen.
