Maalox Lemon tablets without sugar is a preparation containing topical antacids. They act by neutralizing secreted acids through the stomach. It has been reported in adults (from 15 years of age) to heartburn and acid elevations.

Composition of Maalox Lemon sugar-free tablets
Aluminum oxide, hydrated 400 mg (amount corresponding to aluminiun oxide 200 mg), magnesium hydroxide 400 mg
Excipients: liquid sorbitol (not cristallisable), maltitol, glycerin 85%, sodium saccharin, aroma, talc, magnesium stearate.
Fillers have a well-known effect: sorbitol, maltitol.

Maalox Lemon comprimés sans sucre est une préparation contenant des antiacides topiques. Ils agissent en neutralisant les acides sécrétés par l’estomac. Il a été rapporté chez les adultes (à partir de 15 ans) des brûlures d’estomac et des élévations d’acide.
