DOSAGE
Adults 1-2 capsules twice a day (in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening).
Children under 6 years 1 capsule daily, drink plenty of fluids, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

INGREDIENTS
1 capsule contains 250 mg of Phosphatidylcholine-phospholipid complex – sunflower lecithin, of which 169 mg of vitamin C (211% DDD) and 168 mg of powdered ground leaves of Moringa oleifera.

The capsule is of plant origin (HPCM).
It does not contain any additives or dyes.
