Description

Grooming (Walking on tiptoe, NEGLIGENT WALKING) – stand with both feet on the rubberized surface of the inclined board. It is important to keep an upright position and not bend your knees. You can also hold on to supports (eg wall walls). Stay in this position for 5 – 15 minutes as recommended by your doctor or endurance. After completing the exercise, do not physically strain the muscles and tendons for 1 hour.

REHABILITATION AFTER ANKLE ANTIQUES – stand with both feet on the rubberized surface of the inclined plate (from top to bottom). Keep your knees bent and transfer weight from one foot to the other. Practice 60-90 seconds, then adjust the position on the board and change sides. Keep practicing. After completing the exercise, do not physically strain the muscles and tendons for 1 hour.
