IMODIUM RAPID is an antidiarrheal drug. It thickens stool during diarrhea and reduces its frequency. It is used in case of sudden (acute) diarrhea or after consultation with a doctor in case of long-term (chronic) diarrhea. The tablets are placed on the tongue where they dissolve rapidly.

IMODIUM RAPID is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea. In patients with ileostomy, it can be used to reduce stool number, stool volume and adjust stool density.
IMODIUM RAPID is not for use in children under six years of age.
IMODIUM RAPID is available as orodispersible tablets. The tablets are placed on the tongue where they dissolve rapidly. For these reasons, it is not necessary to drink the tablets. You can take IMODIUM RAPID at any time of the day.

IMODIUM RAPID je k dispozici v lékové formě tablet dispergovatelných v ústech. Tablety se pokládají na jazyk, kde se rychle rozpustí. Z těchto důvodů není zapotřebí tablety zapíjet. IMODIUM RAPID můžete užívat v libovolnou denní dobu.
