Forcapil Hair and Nails Arkopharma 180 + 60 Capsules are food supplements intended to strengthen the growth of hair and nails, in order to restore them strength and vitality. Hair is mainly made up of keratin, a protein that gives it elasticity, resistance and shine. It is synthesized from sulfur-containing amino acids, cystine and methionine, under the action of zinc and group B vitamins. Keratin is also a major constituent of the nail.
