It contains the active substance diclofenac epolamine. It belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and is intended for topical use, ie it is applied to the skin at the site of affliction. When used externally, it penetrates the skin into the subcutaneous tissues, where it has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the formation of swelling and reduces pain.
The product is used in the following conditions:
Adolescents from 14 years
Short-term topical treatment of pain in acute injuries, such as muscle strain, sprains or bruises of joints or muscles after a blunt injury (sports injuries).
Adults (from 18 years)
The product is intended for the local treatment of post-traumatic conditions of the musculoskeletal system, such as contusions of joints or muscles.
On the recommendation of a doctor, it is also used in the following conditions: inflammation of the tendons of the upper or lower limbs (tendinitis), to treat pain in the neck and cruciate neck, to treat localized forms of degenerative rheumatic diseases of the knee (gonarthrosis) or fingers (rhizarthrosis) and to treat extra-articular rheumatism.

Dospívající od 14 let
Krátkodobá místní léčba bolesti u akutních poranění, jako je natažení svalu, podvrtnutí nebo pohmoždění kloubů či svalů po tupém poranění (úrazy utrpěné při sportu).
Dospělí (od 18 let)
Přípravek je určen k místní léčbě poúrazových stavů pohybového ústrojí, jako je pohmoždění kloubů či svalů.
Na doporučení lékaře se přípravek používá také u těchto stavů: zánět šlach horních nebo dolních končetin (tendinitida), k léčbě bolesti v krční a křížobederní oblasti, k léčbě lokalizovaných forem degenerativních revmatických onemocnění kolene (gonartróza) nebo prstů ruky (rhizartróza) a k léčbě projevů mimokloubního revmatismu.
