Dobenox Forte, 500 mg, film-coated tablets, 30

Dobenox Forte is a drug that protects the vessels and improves venous circulation. It is used to treat symptoms of venous insufficiency in both the legs and the anus (haemorrhoids).
The active substance is calcium dobesilate monohydricus (Calcii dobesilas monohydricus).
1 tablet contains 500 mg of calcium dobesilate monohydrate.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch, lactose monohydrate, talc, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica, Opadry II57U18539 White coating composed of: hypromellose, polydextrose, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc, maltodextrin, medium chain.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual doses of Dobenox Forte in adults are:
Venous insufficiency – from 1 to 2 tablets a day;
Anal varices – from 1 to 2 tablets a day.
The drug should be taken after meals.
Action
Calcium dobesylate affects both the condition of blood vessels and the rheological properties of blood. The vessels are sealed and their elasticity improved. By affecting platelets and the concentration of fibrinogen in the plasma, it reduces blood viscosity. Thanks to these actions, blood flows more easily through the vessels and the tendency to develop edema is reduced.
Indications
Dobenox Forte is used for:
Symptomatic treatment of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities (pain and night cramps in the legs, heaviness in the legs, paresthesia, edema, skin changes due to blood stagnation), varicose veins of the lower extremities.
Symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids.

Dobenox Forte to lek działający ochronnie na naczynia oraz usprawniający krążenie żylne. Stosowany jest w leczeniu objawów niewydolności żylnej zarówno nóg jak i odbytu (hemoroidów).
Substancją czynną leku jest wapnia dobezylan jednowodny (Calcii dobesilas monohydricus).
1 tabletka zawiera 500 mg wapnia dobezylanu jednowodnego.
Substancje pomocnicze: celuloza mikrokrystaliczna, skrobia ziemniaczana, laktoza jednowodna, talk, magnezu stearynian, krzemionka koloidalna bezwodna, otoczka Opadry II57U18539 White o składzie: hypromeloza, polidekstroza, tytanu dwutlenek (E 171), talk, maltodekstryna, średniołańcuchowe trójglicerydy.
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Zwykle stosowane dawki leku Dobenox Forte u dorosłych to:
Niewydolność żylna – od 1 do 2 tabletek na dobę;
Żylaki odbytu – od 1 do 2 tabletek na dobę.
Lek należy przyjmować po posiłkach.
Działanie
Dobezylan wapnia wpływa zarówno na stan naczyń krwionośnych jak i na właściwości reologiczne krwi. Naczynia uszczelnia i poprawia ich elastyczność. Poprzez wpływ na płytki krwi oraz stężenie fibrynogenu w osoczu, zmniejsza lepkość krwi. Dzięki tym działaniom krew łatwiej przepływa przez naczynia i zmniejsza się tendencja do powstawania obrzęków.

Dobenox Forte stosuje się do:
Objawowego leczenia przewlekłej niewydolności krążenia żylnego kończyn dolnych (bóle i nocne kurcze nóg, uczucie ciężkości nóg, parestezje, obrzęk, zmiany skórne na tle zastoju krwi), żylaki kończyn dolnych.
Objawowego leczenia żylaków odbytu.
