Daktarin, 20 mg / g, cream, 15 g

Daktarin is a medicinal product used in the treatment of mycoses of the skin, e.g. of the trunk, groin, feet. The drug is also antibacterial, so it can be used in mycoses infected secondarily by bacteria. The first effect of the drug is to reduce the itching of the skin accompanying mycosis.
Daktarin cream is an antifungal medicine. The medicinal product contains miconazole, which acts, inter alia, against dermatophytes, yeasts as well as rods and cocci of gram-positive bacteria. The cream is used in the case of mycoses of the scalp, torso, hands or groin, and in the athlete’s foot. Daktarin can also be used in the treatment of mycoses secondarily infected by bacteria, e.g. as a cream for diaper dermatitis.
Contraindications
Do not take Daktarin:
if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the ingredients of this medicine,
in the treatment of fungal infections of the scalp, mucous membranes, nails,
on broken skin.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Very rare side effects (less than 1 in 10,000 people):
hypersensitivity reactions,
contact dermatitis,
rash, erythema, itching
burning sensation on the skin,
irritation at the injection site.
Warnings and Precautions
When using the cream, avoid contact with the eyes.
If allergic symptoms or skin irritation occur, discontinue use of the drug.
Store below 25 ° C.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Use of other medications
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines you are taking, or have recently taken, and the doctor you plan to take, including those sold without a prescription.
Daktarin may interact with:
warfarin
phenytoin,
oral antidiabetic drugs.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Consult a doctor before using the drug in the case of pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Daktarin to produkt leczniczy stosowany w przypadku grzybic skóry np. tułowia, pachwin, stóp. Lek działania również przeciwbakteryjnie, może być więc stosowany w grzybicach wtórnie zakażonych przez bakterie. Pierwszym efektem działania leku jest ustąpienie świądu skóry towarzyszącego grzybicy.
Krem Daktarin to lek przeciwgrzybiczy. Produkt leczniczy zawiera mikonazol, działający m. in. na dermatofity, drożdżaki oraz pałeczki i ziarenkowce bakterii Gram-dodatnich. Krem stosuje się w przypadku grzybic skóry głowy, tułowia, rąk czy pachwin oraz w stopie sportowca. Daktarin można również stosować w grzybicach wtórnie zakażonych przez bakterie, jako np. krem na pieluszkowe zapalenie skóry.
Przeciwwskazania
Kiedy nie stosować leku Daktarin:
jeśli u pacjenta stwierdzono uczulenie na substancję czynną lub którykolwiek ze składników tego leku,
w leczeniu grzybiczych zakażeń owłosionej skóry głowy, błon śluzowych, paznokci,
na zranioną skórę.
Działania niepożądane
Jak każdy lek, lek ten może powodować działania niepożądane, chociaż nie u każdego one wystąpią.
Bardzo rzadko występujące działania niepożądane (rzadziej niż u 1 na 10 000 osób):
reakcje nadwrażliwości,
kontaktowe zapalenie skóry,
wysypka, rumień, świąd,
uczucie palenia na skórze,
podrażnienie w miejscu podania.
Ostrzeżenia i środki ostrożności
Podczas stosowania kremu należy unikać kontaktu z oczami.
Jeśli wystąpią objawy uczulenia lub podrażnienie skóry, należy przerwać stosowanie leku.
Przechowywać w temperaturze poniżej 25°C.
Przechowywać w miejscu niedostępnym i niewidocznym dla dzieci.
Stosowanie innych leków
Należy powiedzieć lekarzowi lub farmaceucie o wszystkich lekach przyjmowanych przez pacjenta obecnie lub ostatnio, a także o lekarz, które pacjent planuje przyjmować, w tym również o tych, które wydawane są bez recepty.
Daktarin może wchodzić w interakcje z:
warfaryną,
fenytoiną,
doustnymi lekami przeciwcukrzycowymi.
Ciąża i karmienie piersią
W przypadku kobiet w ciąży lub karmiących piersią przed zastosowaniem leku należy skonsultować się z lekarzem.
