Take special care when using Cromo Nasenspray – 1A-Pharma
The preservative (benzalkonium chloride) contained in Cromo Nasenspray – 1A-Pharma can cause swelling of the nasal mucosa, especially if used for a long time. If such a reaction is suspected (persistent nasal congestion), a medicinal product for use in the nose without a preservative should – as far as possible – be used. If such medicinal products are not available for use in the nose without a preservative, another form of administration should be considered.

Besondere Vorsicht bei der Anwendung von Cromo Nasenspray – 1A-Pharma ist erforderlich
Das in Cromo Nasenspray – 1A-Pharma enthaltene Konservierungsmittel (Benzalkoniumchlorid) kann, insbesondere bei längerer Anwendung, eine Schwellung der Nasenschleimhaut hervorrufen. Besteht ein Verdacht auf eine derartige Reaktion (anhaltend verstopfte Nase), sollte – soweit möglich – ein Arzneimittel zur Anwendung in der Nase ohne Konservierungsstoff verwendet werden. Stehen solche Arzneimittel zur Anwendung in der Nase ohne Konservierungsstoff nicht zur Verfügung, so ist eine andere Darreichungsform in Betracht zu ziehen.
