• If you notice any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This also applies to side effects not listed in this leaflet. See section 4.
• If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 3 days, contact your doctor.

1. What is Bitosen and what is it used for?

Bitosen contains the active substance bilastine, an antihistamine. Bitosen is used to relieve the symptoms of hay fever (sneezing, itchy, runny, blocked nose and red and watery eyes) and other forms of allergic rhinitis. It can also be used to treat itchy skin rashes (hives or urticaria).

2. What should you know before you take Bitosen?

Do not take Bitosen:

• if you are allergic to bilastine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6

Warnings and precautions:
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Bitosen if you suffer from moderate to severe impairment of kidney function and are also taking certain medicines (see “Taking Bitosen together with other medicines”).
