Antidral, cutaneous lotion (100 mg / g), 50 ml

Antidral is a medicinal product for use in excessive skin sweating – on the skin of the feet, armpits and hands. Antidral has an antiperspirant effect – it reduces the activity of sweat glands.
The active substance is: aluminum chloride (Aluminii chloridum).
1 gram of the liquid contains 100 mg of aluminum chloride.
Excipients: glycerol, ethanol, purified water, hydroxyethyl cellulose.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
A drug for topical application to the skin.
The drug is used at night, on clean and dry skin.
In the event of less intense sweating, it is recommended to use the fluid every second / third day.
Action
Antidral contains aluminum chloride, which reduces the activity of the sweat glands by denaturing the proteins in the glands and attaching to fibrin fibers, which are the endings of the exocrine glands. When the fluid is applied, the pressure inside the lumen of the sweat duct increases (feedback system), which inhibits the secretion of sweat. The remaining ingredients of the drug facilitate the absorption of the active substance and reduce the possibility of epidermal infections.
Antidral soothes or eliminates symptoms associated with excessive sweating.
Indications
Excessive sweating of the skin in the feet, hands and armpits.
Contraindications
Do not use Antidral:
if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
do not use on damaged skin, after shaving or depilation.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Not known:
skin irritation with symptoms such as burning sensation, erythema, itching.
Warnings and Precautions
Treatment should be discontinued if skin irritation occurs.
When using, avoid contact with the mucous membranes and eyes.
Do not wash the skin immediately before using the drug.
If the drug is used under the armpits – do not shave them within 12 hours before or after using the liquid – risk of skin reactions.
The drug can affect the color of clothing and make it bad.
The drug contains ethanol – 50% by volume.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Consult a doctor before using the drug in the case of pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Działanie

Po zastosowaniu płynu ciśnienie wewnątrz światła przewodu potowego wzrasta (system sprzężenia zwrotnego), w wyniku czego zahamowane zostaje wydzielani potu. Pozostałe składniki leku ułatwiają wchłanianie substancji czynnej oraz ograniczają możliwość wystąpienia zakażeń naskórka.
Antidral łagodzi lub likwiduje dolegliwości związane z nadmiernym poceniem.
Wskazania
Nadmierne pocenie się skóry w obrębie stóp, dłoni i pach.
Przeciwwskazania
Kiedy nie stosować leku Antidral:
w przypadku uczulenia na substancję czynną lub którykolwiek z pozostałych składników tego leku,
nie stosować na skórę uszkodzoną, po goleniu lub depilacji.
Działania niepożądane
Jak każdy lek, lek ten może powodować działania niepożądane, chociaż nie u każdego one wystąpią.
Częstość nieznana:
podrażnienie skóry z objawami jak pieczenie, rumień, świąd.
Ostrzeżenia i środki ostrożności
W przypadku wystąpienia podrażnienia skóry, leczenie należy przerwać.
Podczas stosowania należy unikać kontaktu z błonami śluzowymi i oczami.
Nie myć skóry bezpośrednio przed zastosowaniem leku.
Jeśli lek stosowany jest pod pachy – nie należy ich golić w ciągu 12 godzin przed lub po użyciu płynu – ryzyko reakcji skórnych.
Lek może wpływać na kolor odzieży i ją niszczyć.
Lek zawiera etanol – 50% objętości.
