In the case of acute conditions, e.g. accompanied by redness, swelling or overheating of joints, in the case of fever that lasts longer than 3 days or rises above 39°C, and in the case of persistent, unclear or new symptoms, you should consult your doctor. There is insufficient experience with the use of this medicine in children. It should therefore only be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age after consulting a pediatrician.
