With Soventol HydroCort 0.5% (pack size: 15 g) skin diseases such as treating inflammatory, allergic or itchy dermatoses (skin inflammation, eczema). The active ingredient hydrocortisone (acetate) has proven itself in sunburn, insect bites, itchy skin, sun allergies, neurodermatitis, itching, eczema and against the skin reactions triggered by the oak processionary caterpillar.

Mode of action
Soventol HydroCort 0.5% (pack size: 15 g) contains a weakly effective corticosteroid (group I). This hydrocortisone is a natural adrenal cortex hormone with an anti-inflammatory effect. This intervenes in the inflammatory process in several places and not only allows allergic symptoms to subside more quickly, but also ensures rapid regression of swelling and redness of the skin through its vasoconstricting effect. It also regulates the formation of connective tissue cells (fibroblasts) and collagen synthesis (antiproliferative effect). Since hydrocortisone is one of the weakly effective corticoids and has a low dose of 0.5%, Soventol HydroCort 0.5% (pack size: 15 g) is generally well tolerated when used properly.

Anwendungsgebiet
Mit Soventol HydroCort 0,5% (Packungsgro?e: 15 g) werden Hauterkrankungen wie z.B. entzundliche, allergische oder juckende Dermatosen (Hautentzundungen, Ekzeme) behandelt. Bei Sonnenbrand, Insektenstichen, Juckende Haut, Sonnenallergie, Neurodermitis, Juckreiz, Ekzeme und gegen die von der Eichenprozessionsspinner-Raupe ausgelosten Hautreaktionen hat sich der Wirkstoff Hydrocortison(-acetat) bewahrt.

Wirkungsweise
Soventol HydroCort 0,5% (Packungsgro?e: 15 g) enthalt ein schwach wirksames Corticosteroid (Gruppe I). Dieses Hydrocortison ist ein naturliches Nebennierenrindenhormon mit einer entzundungshemmenden Wirkung. Dieses greift gleich an mehreren Stellen in den Entzundungsprozess ein und lasst nicht nur allergische Symptome schneller abklingen, sondern sorgt durch seine gefa?verengende Wirkung auch fur eine schnelle Ruckbildung von Schwellungen und Rotungen der Haut. Weiterhin reguliert es die Bildung von Bindegewebszellen (Fibroblasten) sowie Kollagensynthese (antiproliferative Wirkung). Da Hydrocortison zu den schwach wirksamen Korticoiden zahlt und mit 0,5 % niedrig dosiert ist, ist Soventol HydroCort 0,5% (Packungsgro?e: 15 g) bei sachgema?er Anwendung in der Regel gut vertraglich.
