Recommended use of Paracetamol 500 mg tablets (pack size: 20 pcs):

The following information applies unless your doctor has prescribed the medicine differently. Please adhere to the intake instructions, otherwise the medicine cannot work properly.

Body weight 19 – 25 kg / children 6 – 8 years:
Single dose: 1/2 tablet (equivalent to 250 mg paracetamol)
Max. Daily dose: 2 (4 times 1/2 tablet) (equivalent to 1000 mg paracetamol)

Body weight 26 – 32 kg / children 8 – 11 years:
Single dose: 1/2 tablet (equivalent to 250 mg paracetamol)
Other forms of administration may be more advantageous for this group of patients, as they allow a more precise dosage of a maximum of 400 mg paracetamol.
Maximum daily dose: 2 tablets (or 4 times 1/2 tablet) (equivalent to 1000 mg paracetamol). In exceptional cases, up to 3 (6 times 1/2) tablets can be used daily, with a dosage interval of at least 4 hours, i.e. H. up to 1500 mg paracetamol daily.

Body weight 33 – 43 kg / children 11 – 12 years:
Single dose: 1 tablet (equivalent to 500 mg paracetamol)
Max. Daily dose: 4 tablets (equivalent to 2000 mg paracetamol)

Body weight from 43 kg / children and adolescents from 12 years and adults:
Single dose: 1 – 2 tablets (equivalent to 500 – 1000 mg paracetamol)
Max. Daily dose: 8 tablets (equivalent to 4000 mg paracetamol)

How much and how often should you take the medicine? The intake can be repeated at intervals of 4 – 8 hours up to 3 to 4 times per day.

Note:
In the case of liver or kidney dysfunction, as well as congenital increased bilirubin levels in the blood (Gilbert syndrome or Meulengracht disease), the drug must be taken at longer intervals or in reduced amounts.

How long should you take the medicine?
Do not take the medicine for longer than 3-4 days without medical or dental advice.

Die folgenden Angaben gelten, soweit Ihnen Ihr Arzt das Arzneimittel nicht anders verordnet hat. Bitte halten Sie sich an die Einnahmevorschriften, da das Arzneimittel sonst nicht richtig wirken kann.

Körpergewicht 19 – 25 kg/Kinder 6 – 8 Jahre:
Einzeldosis: 1/2 Tablette (entsprechend 250 mg Paracetamol)
max. Tagesdosis: 2 (4-mal 1/2 Tablette) (entsprechend 1000 mg Paracetamol)

Körpergewicht 26 – 32 kg/Kinder 8 – 11 Jahre:
Einzeldosis: 1/2 Tablette (entsprechend 250 mg Paracetamol)
Andere Darreichungsformen sind für diese Patientengruppe unter Umständen vorteilhafter, da sie eine genauere Dosierung von maximal 400 mg Paracetamol ermöglichen.
max.Tagesdosis: 2 Tabletten (oder 4-mal 1/2 Tablette) (entsprechend 1000 mg Paracetamol). In Ausnahmefällen können bis zu 3 (6-mal 1/2) Tabletten täglich, in einem Dosierungsintervall von mindestens 4 Stunden angewendet werden, d. h. bis zu 1500 mg Paracetamol täglich.

Körpergewicht 33 – 43 kg/Kinder 11 – 12 Jahre:
Einzeldosis: 1 Tablette (entsprechend 500 mg Paracetamol)
max. Tagesdosis: 4 Tabletten (entsprechend 2000 mg Paracetamol)

Körpergewicht ab 43 kg/Kinder und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahre und Erwachsene:
Einzeldosis: 1 – 2 Tabletten (entsprechend 500 – 1000 mg Paracetamol)
max. Tagesdosis: 8 Tabletten (entsprechend 4000 mg Paracetamol)

Wie viel und wie oft sollten Sie das Arzneimittel einnehmen? Die Einnahme kann in Abständen von 4 – 8 Stunden wiederholt werden bis zu 3- bis 4-mal pro Tag.

Hinweis:
Bei Leber- oder Nierenfunktionsstörungen sowie bei angeborenem vermehrtem Bilirubin-Gehalt des Blutes (Gilbert-Syndrom oder Meulengracht-Krankheit) muss das Arzneimittel in größeren Einnahmeabständen oder in verminderter Menge eingenommen werden.

Wie lange sollten Sie das Arzneimittel einnehmen?
Nehmen Sie das Arzneimittel ohne ärztlichen oder zahnärztlichen Rat nicht länger als 3 – 4 Tage ein.
