About 1.5 million Ukrainians fight psoriasis every day. This chronic autoimmune disease, affecting the skin, leads to the formation of dry red spots on the body that scale and merge into continuous plaques.
Usually psoriasis appears on the knees, elbows, head or torso. In the absence of treatment, localized areas of rashes can grow, covering the whole body, affect internal organs and joints. Therefore, it is important to contact a specialist immediately as soon as you find the following symptoms:
pain and itching of the skin,
the appearance on the body of chopped nodules – papules that peel and can bleed,
swelling, redness.
Psoriasis most often develops in people under 30 years of age. Since this disease is non-infectious, it is impossible to contract psoriasis. However, due to social stigma and the severe course of the disease, patients with such a pathology are prone to neurosis and depression. The result is social isolation and deterioration of the patient’s mental health.
PSORIASIS THERAPY: PRESCRIPTIONS FOR DRUGS BASED ON MEDICINAL PLANTS

Due to the powerful antibacterial properties of these herbs, such phytoprocedures:

accelerating tissue regeneration;
skin elasticity is restored.
The internal use of medicinal herbs for psoriasis involves the use of decoctions and infusions from ash, St. John’s wort, chamomile, blueberries.
Ingestion of phytopreparations is performed in order to:
patient’s nervous system calming;
improved metabolism and circulation;

vitaminization and strengthening of immunity.
The persistent therapeutic effect of herbs in the fight against psoriasis provides a special chemical composition – a high concentration of alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, organic acids and tannins.
The dermatologist chooses the methods of treatment and the necessary phytopreparations individually, depending on the extent of psoriasis, the severity of the disease, the age of the patient and the presence of chronic diseases. This allows you to achieve the maximum result and avoid side reactions.
PURE OIL
In the mild course of the disease, when the area affected by psoriasis occupies less than 3% of the body, natural oils, ointments and creams with purity are prescribed.
This medicinal plant exhibits an active bactericidal, antifungal effect, relieves itching and soothes pain, helps to soften and moisturize the skin.
For external use, infusions and decoctions from purity can be used, but oils and ointments have the best effect on the skin. You can prepare any product based on purity yourself.
