VSL # 3 is an innovative probiotic preparation, the use of which is recommended in cases of disorders of the digestive system and food infections associated with diarrhea and vomiting. The preparation is intended for children and adults. Examples of ailments indicating the legitimacy of using a probiotic:
ulcerative colitis,
Crohn’s disease,
pouchitis,
irritable bowel syndrome,
infectious diarrhea,
post-antibiotic or radiation-induced diarrhea, diverticular disease and certain liver diseases (e.g. cirrhosis).

Features:
VSL # 3 is a concentrated polyprobiotic that contains 8 strains of bacteria that rebuild the intestinal microflora. It contains 50 billion live lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria. Rebuilding the intestinal microflora with VSL # 3 probiotics can restore some kind of balance and improve health, or at least alleviate intestinal discomfort. The product is free of dyes, preservatives and synthetic sweeteners. It also does not contain soy, gluten, lactose or milk derivatives.

Ingredients:
50 billion live lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria: Streptococcus thermophilus, bifidobacteria (B. breve, B. longum *, B. infantis *), lactic acid bacteria (L. acidophilus, L. plantarum, L. paracasei, L. delbrueckii from the subspecies bulgaricus **) based on maize starch, maltose, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Usage:
Recommended daily intake is 1-2 sachets per day (450-900 billion bacteria).
Dissolve the contents in water, yoghurt, apple juice, or any other cold, non-carbonated drink and consume immediately.
The contents of the sachet should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids.
