Vitamin C itself, ie ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble nutrient, undoubtedly one of the most important known antioxidants. Céčko is necessary for life and maintaining physical health, in the human body it performs many important functions and most importantly – we cannot create it ourselves. In addition, this vitamin is very susceptible to heat, so although there is plenty of it in many foods, we often lose it by preparing food.
La vitamine C elle-même, c’est-à-dire l’acide ascorbique, est un nutriment hydrosoluble, sans aucun doute l’un des antioxydants connus les plus importants. Céčko est essentiel à la vie et au maintien de la santé physique, il remplit de nombreuses fonctions importantes dans le corps humain et, surtout, nous ne pouvons pas le créer nous-mêmes. De plus, cette vitamine est très sensible à la chaleur, donc bien qu’il y en ait beaucoup dans de nombreux aliments, nous la perdons souvent en préparant des aliments.
Samotný vitamín C, tedy kyselina askorbová, je ve vodě rozpustná živina, bezesporu patřící mezi nejpodstatnější známé antioxidanty. Céčko je nezbytné k životu a udržení tělesného zdraví, v lidském těle plní mnoho důležitých funkcí a hlavně – neumíme si ho vytvářet sami. Navíc je tento vitamín velice náchylný na teplo, takže ač je ho v mnoha potravinách dostatek, často o něj přicházíme přípravou pokrmu.
