Folic acid (folate) 400 200g 200% DDD *, vitamin D3 5 µg 100% DDD *, vitamin E 12 mg 100% DDD *, iodine 150 µg 100% DDD *, Omega-3 fatty acids 214 mg. * DDD = percentage of the recommended daily dose.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily , preferably in the morning before breakfast, and drink a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
