The preparation contains two highly biologically active forms – methylated forms – methylcobalamin (B12) and methylated folic acid. The capsule is 100% vegetable (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)

Ingredients: bulking agent: maltodextrin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), D-biotin, glucosamine salt of (6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (folic acid), folic acid (folic acid) ), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Usage: 1 capsule a day. Best eaten with a meal and washed down with sufficient water.
