The product includes:

Thiamin – belongs to water-soluble vitamins. It is essential for the proper functioning of the human body – it contributes to the proper functioning of the heart and nervous system. Regulates energy metabolism and proper psychological functions. It works synergistically with thyroxine and insulin.
Riboflavin – affects the proper functioning of certain enzymes, the nervous system and the organ of vision. Its deficiencies lead, among other things, to problems with the mucous membranes.
Niacin – necessary for the proper course of metabolic changes, including energy metabolism. It helps to maintain the proper condition of the mucous membranes and skin as well as the functioning of the nervous system. Regulated niacin levels contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 – is responsible, inter alia, for the good functioning of the nervous and immune systems, energy, protein, glycogen and homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B6 is used to create red blood cells as well as to regulate hormonal activity and support psychological functions. It is also recommended for tired people.
Folic acid – affects the functioning of the digestive system, stimulates the formation of new red blood cells and protects the body against certain types of cancer. It is also very important for the development of the fetus.
Vitamin B12 – also known as cobalamin, is an organic chemical compound that plays an important role in the production of red blood cells. Vitamin B12 deficiencies mostly occur in people on a vegetarian or vegan diet, as cobalamin is mainly found in animal products.
Biotin – i.e. vitamin B7 or, in other words, vitamin H is an organic chemical compound responsible for many biochemical reactions important for the functioning of the body. Biotin is most often referred to as the beauty vitamin due to the fact that – as research shows – its appropriate level affects the appearance of hair and skin.
Pantothenic acid – in other words vitamin B5, in fact a mixture of several chemical compounds: pantothenic acid, panthein, panthenol and coenzyme A. This vitamin in the human body is primarily involved in the metabolism of proteins, sugars and fats. It affects the nervous system, reduces the feeling of fatigue and weariness, is responsible for the proper mental performance and energy metabolism.
Choline – is a component of selected phospholipids, which is why scientists initially included it among the B vitamins, calling it vitamin B4. This substance contributes to the proper metabolism of homocysteine and lipids. It also influences the proper functioning of the liver.
Inositol – or rather, myo-inositol, or one stereoisomer molecule, is especially important to women – it’s even called a women’s health supplement. It can improve fertility in people with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and also make the body more sensitive to insulin.
PABA – para-aminobenzoic acid. The compound called vitamin B10 (it is included, among others, in folic acid, i.e. vitamin B9), is one of the non-protein amino acids.
Recommended consumption – one tablet with a meal.
