Vitamin D3 was discovered at the beginning of the 20th century. For a long time, it was believed that its only function was to maintain the proper process of bone mineralization and regulate the calcium metabolism.

Cholecalciferol (vitamin D) is synthesized in human skin cells from 7-dehydrocholesterol.

Ingredients:
Vitamin D3 (Vitashine D3 cholecalciferol), emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell: modified cellulose, maltodextrin, starch, sucrose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, d-alpha tocopherol; antioxidant: esters of fatty acids and ascorbic acid.

Directions for use:
Consume 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
