“Composition
Active ingredients:
1.0 mg Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.87 mg xylometazoline
Excipients:
Disodium edetate 2-water Disodium hydrogen phosphate 12-water Sodium dihydrogen phosphate 2-water Sorbitol Purified water

Applications
The drug is a nasal spray (rhinological agent) and contains alpha-sympathomimetic xylometazoline.
Xylometazoline has vasoconstrictor properties and thus causes swelling. of the mucous membrane.
The drug is used:
for short-term therapy of swelling (congestion) of the nasal mucosa
The drug is intended for adults and schoolchildren.

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Adults and schoolchildren are administered a puff in each nostril up to 3 times a day as needed.
Duration of use:
Do not use the drug for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
It should be reused only after a break of several days.

Contraindications
The drug should not be used
in case of individual intolerance (allergy) to xylometazoline hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of the drug
in a certain form of chronic rhinitis (dry rhinitis)
in a condition after surgical removal of the pineal gland through the nose (transsphenoidal hypophysectomy) or other surgical interventions in which the meninges are exposed
for children under 6 years of age.”
