Tussal Antitussicum is an antitussive medicinal product used in the symptomatic treatment of dry (non-productive) cough of various origins.
Tussal Antitussicum has an antitussive effect by inhibiting the cough center within the CNS. Dextromethorphan suppresses cough of various origins as a result of central action – it reduces its intensity and frequency.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of dry (non-productive, non-retained airway secretions) cough.

Tussal Antitussicum to produkt leczniczy o działaniu przeciwkaszlowym stosowanym w leczeniu objawowym kaszlu suchego (nieproduktywnego) o różnym pochodzeniu.
Tussal Antitussicum wykazuje działanie przeciwkaszlowe poprzez hamowanie ośrodka kaszlu w obrębie OUN. Dekstrometorfan tłumi kaszel różnego pochodzenia w wyniku ośrodkowego działania – zmniejsza jego nasilenie i częstość.
Wskazania
Objawowe leczenie suchego (nieproduktywnego, nie związanego z zaleganiem wydzieliny w drogach oddechowych) kaszlu.
