Posture Flexi back straightener was developed to remind you how to hold your body properly and relieve back pain. Gently pushes the shoulders into their correct position and wearing it makes the upright position natural. The back straightener is comfortable and works discreetly, you can wear it every day under or on clothes, in the office, on a walk or in the gym.

You can easily put on Posture Flexi and adapt it to your body with Velcro fastening. Dress the straightener a little looser so that it tightens only when you move. At that moment, it gently encourages you to straighten out with an emphasis on aligning the upper part, forcing the necessary muscles in the center of the body to strengthen. You can also tighten it while wearing it if you feel you are hunching over. We recommend wearing it daily for 1-3 hours. Listen to your body. Wearing a T-shirt is optimal for extra comfortable wearing.
Good posture will also increase your oxygen intake, which will give you more energy. The upright position allows for deeper and more effective breathing.
