Product composition
Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), elemental iron, thickener (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), stabilizer (polyvinylpyrrolidone), pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

What to watch out for
Not intended for children under 3 years. It does not replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Excessive consumption can cause laxative effects.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet once a day before dinner, drink plenty of fluids. We recommend 1 – 3 months of use during pregnancy, before blood donation or planned surgery.
