The Swanson Super Stress complex contains vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid, choline, inositol and PABA.

The product includes:

Vitamin C – also known as L-ascorbic acid, is one of the water-soluble vitamins. It is a natural antioxidant that is used, for example, in the case of colds. This vitamin plays a very important role in the body: it strengthens teeth and gums, improves the immune system and facilitates wound healing.
Niacin – also known as vitamin B3 or PP, is necessary for the proper course of metabolic changes, including energy metabolism. It helps maintain the good condition of the mucous membranes and skin, and the functioning of the nervous system. The appropriate level of niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Biotin – i.e. vitamin B7 or, in other words, vitamin H is an organic chemical compound responsible for many biochemical reactions important for the functioning of the body. Biotin is most often referred to as the beauty vitamin due to the fact that – as research shows – its appropriate level affects the appearance of hair and skin.
Choline – is a vitamin-like substance formerly known as vitamin B4. It contributes to the proper metabolism of homocysteine ​​and lipids. It also influences the proper functioning of the liver.
Inositol – more specifically myo-inositol, or one stereoisomer molecule, is especially important to women – it is even called a female health supplement. It can improve fertility in people with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and also make the body more sensitive to insulin.
PABA – para-aminobenzoic acid (4-Aminobenzoic acid). The compound called vitamin B10 (it is part of, among others, folic acid, i.e. vitamin B9), is one of the non-protein amino acids.
It is recommended to take one capsule once or twice a day. The product should be washed down with water.
