Instructions for use:
Remove the tab, turn the tube over, and slightly pull on the cap.
Rotate the tube to lower the desired amount of pellets into the lid and place the pellets under the tongue.

Do not take astringents within half an hour before taking homeopathic medicines (coffee, tobacco, camphor, mint and chamomile).
