Effects of active ingredients
Cultavit ® V is the first natural highly concentrated complex of B vitamins. It is obtained from sprouted buckwheat. Natural vitamins are used better in the body than synthetic vitamins and have a longer lasting effect. Unlike synthetic vitamins, they are found in a complex together with other substances (enzymes, vitaminoids, provitamins). This complex is easier for the body to recognize and use than isolated vitamins.
Saberry® is an extract from the medical embal (Amalaki), which is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is a fruit, native to India, similar to gooseberry.
Zinc, selenium, folic acid, vitamins B12, B6, C and D3 contribute to the normal function of the immune system . Folic acid, vitamins B12, B6, B5, B3, B2 and C contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion . Folic acid, vitamins B12, B6, B3, B1 and C contribute to normal mental activity .

Cultavit® V – sprouted buckwheat powder 250 mg of which Vitamin B1 0.35 mg, Vitamin B2 0.5 mg, Vitamin B3 6.3 mg, Vitamin B5 2.425 mg, Vitamin B6 0.335 mg, Folic acid (vit. B9) 67 mcg, Vitamin B12 0.7 mcg, Vitamin C 80 mg, Vitamin D3 5 mcg, Selenium 55 mcg, Zinc 10 mg, Saberry® – the fruit of the medical embryo 100 mg.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet daily.
