Dosage and intake:

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the recommended dose for adolescents and adults is 1 capsule each morning and evening. Take the capsule with some liquid (eg 1 glass of water).

Tips for use:

Certain medicines and minerals can reduce the absorption of magnesium. Aminoquinolines (against malaria), quinidine and related substances (for cardiac arrhythmias), certain antibiotics and penicillamine (for rheumatism) should therefore not be used while taking Magnetrans capsules.

Magnetrans ^®  forte should also not be taken at the same time as iron, fluorides or tetracyclines (certain antibiotics), as they affect each other when absorbed into the body.

There should be at least 2 to 3 hours between taking these substances and the magnesium capsules.
