Application:

To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep, spray 2 sprays (= 1mg melatonin) per day directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Note: Lactose and gluten free. Vegan. Contains 1% alcohol. Taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
