• Magnesium oxide : saline osmotic laxative. It works by retaining water in the colon. It is drawn into the colon, it softens the stools and stimulates peristalism (contraction of the muscles in the colon.
• Marshmallow : it has carminative qualities which allow it to help digestive disorders. It decreases intestinal irritation , abdominal diseases and bloating .
• Wheat fiber : Renowned for its strong resistance to fermentation combined with its capacity to bind to water which allows the improvement of intestinal function . It stimulates the movement of the colon, helping to reduce transit time and increase the volume and frequency of bowel movements.
