Recommended dosage
1 tablet daily, drink plenty of fluids

Supplement composition
Quatrefolic 400µg, folic acid 400μg, Vitamin E 16.7mg, Vitamin C 110mg, Vitamin B2 1.6mg, Vitamin B6 1.9mg, Vitamin B12 3.5μg, Biotin 0.06mg, Niacin 15mg, pantothenic acid 5.5mg, Iodine 0.2 mg in one tablet.

Recommended storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25oC. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
