Dosage and method of use

The recommended dose is 1 capsule half to an hour before bedtime. For a stronger effect, it is possible to take 2 capsules.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains valerian (root extract 150 mg) 600 mg, rotating hops (cone extract 85 mg) 340 mg, passion fruit (nati extract 50 mg) 300 mg, lemon balm (leaf extract 75 mg) 600 mg .
