Dosage and method of use
Take 2-2-1 capsules daily, preferably after a meal. After three weeks of use, there is a one-week break.

Ingredients

Ingredients 1 capsule: soybean oil, gelatin capsule, cuttlefish bone powder (105 mg), glycerin thickener, collagen (55.1 mg), fish oil (43.1 mg), water, stem and nettle leaf extract ( 18.5 mg), glycerol monostearate – filler, manganese sulphate (0.6 mg manganese in one capsule, ie 30% RHP *), rosehip extract (12.3 mg), beeswax – polishing agent, caramel – natural dye, lecithin – emulsifier.
