Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and children from 3 years of age allow 2 tablets to dissolve 4 times a day on or under the tongue; in acute cases 2 tablets ½ hourly. In exceptional cases, the tablets can also be swallowed or dissolved in liquid. Children under 3 years of age 1 tablet 4 times a day; if necessary, it is advisable to crush the tablet and add it to the pulp or bottle. If the symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.

Soweit nicht anders verordnet lassen Erwachsene und Kinder ab 3 Jahren 4-mal taglich 2 Tabletten auf bzw. unter der Zunge zergehen; in akuten Fallen ?-stundlich 2 Tabletten. Die Tabletten konnen in Ausnahmefallen auch geschluckt oder in Flussigkeit aufgelost eingenommen werden. Kinder unter 3 Jahren 4-mal taglich 1 Tablette, es empfiehlt sich, gegebenenfalls die Tablette zerdruckt dem Brei bzw. der Flasche zuzugeben. Bei Besserung der Beschwerden ist die Haufigkeit der Einnahme zu reduzieren.
