Quick and easy fastening, self-fastening of the forearm strap without the need to remove the shoulder part, free armpits allowing personal hygiene and increasing comfort. The package includes a forearm hinge and a buttoned silicone pad, for the possibility of cold / heat treatment the package contains a Cold / Hot pad.
